At Scott Support Services LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide professional, high-quality concierge, lifestyle, and support services. Because our services are customized, time-based, and scheduled in advance, certain refund limitations apply.
1. Service Payments
All payments are due at the time of booking or before services begin unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Payment secures your scheduled service date and staff assignment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a credit or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% service charge.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of scheduled service) are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations:
If Scott Support Services must cancel due to an emergency, staffing issue, or other unforeseen event, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not automatically granted after services have been rendered.
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
A documented service error or dissatisfaction reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Management review determines the issue was caused by a service failure on our part.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Packages, Memberships & Retainers
Prepaid packages, retainers, or monthly service plans are non-refundable once services have begun.
If a package is canceled before services start, a 10% administrative fee may be deducted from the refund.
Credits may be issued toward future services in lieu of refunds at management’s discretion.
5. Special Circumstances
Scott Support Services understands emergencies happen. In genuine emergencies (medical, family, weather-related, etc.), we may offer rescheduling or partial credit based on management review.

Refund Disclosure – Business Support Services

At Scott Support Services LLC, we take pride in offering personalized business support packages to help entrepreneurs start, organize, and grow their businesses. Each service involves time, research, and administrative costs; therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All Business Support, Business Startup, and Administrative Packages are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Business name registration or filing fees
EIN and DUNS setup
Operating agreement creation
Logo or branding design work
Document preparation and consultation services
Website setup, form creation, or package customization
Because these services involve digital deliverables, professional time, and third-party costs, refunds cannot be issued once any portion of the work is initiated.
2. Refund Requests Before Work Begins
If a client requests to cancel before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase or before materials and filings have been started.
3. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to review all information, forms, and filings carefully before submission. Scott Support Services is not liable for errors or delays caused by:
Incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information
Missed communication or late responses from the client
Government processing delays or third-party rejection of filings
4. Project Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
5. Service Modifications
If a client wishes to make changes after work has begun (such as switching business types, changing names, or altering package selections), additional fees may apply. These changes do not qualify for refunds on prior work completed.
6. Payment Disputes
All disputes should be directed to billing@scottsupportservices.com
for resolution before contacting a financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination or legal collection proceedings.
7. Acknowledgment
By purchasing any business support or administrative service from Scott Support Services LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Disclosure.
